At Biomel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion items. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and securely tape it to your return package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
